Fire Records and NFIRs Compliance, is included with the SOMA Records boilerplate record types to integrate and configure for fire support.
Fire Records start in CAD with an Incident Report copying all the relevant fields from the call for zero data reentry. SOMA Records then expands the info collected around the incident, adding images and all NFIRs-required info. NFIRs forms are available, yet the system will autofill any Apparatus/Personnel from the CAD call.
When finished, all Fire Reports can be submitted via a configurable workflow, even capturing a digital signature directly in the records form. SOMA Records supports submitting NFIRs records electronically or exporting/printing pixel-perfect NFIRs reports.
